Departure from the hotel along the coastal road, accompanied by the lush Serra da Feteira, heading towards Castelo Branco.

Continue to Varadouro for a short walk to admire the magnificent bay with its thermal springs and natural pools. Visit the Capelo Forest Park for a brief stop.

We then proceed to Ponta dos Capelinhos, where the landscape was completely transformed, and houses and fields were covered by volcanic ash during the 1957/58 eruption.

Next, we head to the Caldeira in the central area of the island, 400 meters deep and 2 km in diameter, surrounded by lush vegetation. It is one of the island’s main attractions and is classified as a natural reserve.

Descend to the Espalamaca viewpoint, where visitors can enjoy a magnificent view over the city of Horta, its marina, and the promontory formed by Monte Queimado and Monte da Guia.
